Four brothers. One shoreline.
James, Michael, Perry, and Steven Boucher were born and raised on Florida's beaches. Thirty years ago they decided those beaches deserved better. Then they built the company that delivers it.
The mission
Serve the partner. Free the guest. Sweat every detail.
Our mission has three verbs: serve the partner, free the guest, sweat every detail. Partners hand us the beach and get back their brand standard; guests hand us nothing at all and get back the whole day.
Over three decades of beachfront operations, the brothers fine-tuned their collective and individual strengths into a family collaboration that reinforces the company's organizational capacity, financial strength, and ability to flourish. Native Floridians all, they know what residents expect and what visitors dream about — because they grew up on the same sand.
Today the family firm employs more than 1,000 people — directors, managers, accountants, operations staff, and the beach attendants who greet you by name.
Principals, in both senses.
James Boucher
Sets the corporate vision and mission — forecasting with shareholders, laying out the strategic plan, and identifying the next markets before they emerge.
Michael Boucher
Brand and client management. Builds new partnerships while cultivating existing ones, with the tactical diplomacy that keeps hundred-property relationships personal.
Steven Boucher
Leads, coaches, and develops the senior management team — strategic analysis, best practices, and internal systems built with an eye toward future needs.
Perry Boucher
Business and strategy development: financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and investment priorities — the annual budget process from plan to execution.
The executive team
John Martin
Hospitality lifer who started in the early years of Tommy Bahama. Joined in March 2020 and helped reopen the beaches; now presides over goals, budgets, and accountability across the organization.
Edgar Hidalgo
Started with Boucher Brothers at seventeen; nineteen years later he oversees operations for South Florida's northern territories and the West Coast. Living proof of the company's promote-from-the-sand culture.
Adam Cedrati
North Miami Beach native; sixteen years at Mallah Furman (now EisnerAmper) before joining in 2014. Treasury, compliance, reporting, and the growth strategies underneath them.
Todd Hill
From Recreation Manager on Miami Beach to the executive team — now leads evaluation of new markets and the partnerships that open them.
Andrea Figura
Began as a server in 2013; opened the Eden Roc's beach F&B program and ran the Fontainebleau's beach service before rising to GM. Operations and logistics, end to end.
Javier Perez
Two decades in South Florida hospitality, from Acqualina to the Fontainebleau. Runs day-to-day operations and the workplace culture that powers them.
